Mark DeWeaver is a principal and cofounder of Quantrarian Capital Management. He recently published Animal Spirits with Chinese Characteristics in December 2012 with Palgrave Macmillan. He lived and work in China between 1985 – 1994 first as a student and then a research analyst with Peregrine Brokerage.
